Who I Am

I teach yoga as a path — not a performance.

My approach is grounded in the ancient roots of yoga, honoring all eight limbs of the practice. This includes not just movement (asana), but also breath, meditation, ethics, self-inquiry, and the subtle inner shifts that arise from committed practice. I’m drawn to yoga not for how it looks, but for how it helps us live — with greater awareness, compassion, and connection.

I am currently completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training and am a dedicated student in an 800-hour yoga therapy program. These studies are deepening my understanding of how yoga can meet the whole person — body, breath, mind, and spirit — and how it can support healing and growth in everyday life.

I’m not a fitness instructor. I don’t teach power yoga, or promise quick transformations. I offer gentle, breath-centered practices that invite you to slow down, tune in, and reconnect with what’s already within you.

If you're curious about how the wisdom of yoga can support your own path, I’d be honored to practice alongside you.
